What began as a first time trip to the Amalfi Coast turned into a discovery of passion and creativity. Francesco and his family treated us to a tour of their entire farm, describing his new outlook on life at his family farm. You are immediately connected to his story, his passion, his love for responsible farming.
The tour ended at the family's main house, where we began our pizza making journey. Using ingredients from the family farm, we were immediately tossing pizza dough and cooking it in their outdoor wood-fired oven.
